Tyler the Creator is white boi rap. Also the reason you may only "kinda" be liking him is a lot of his music is not very good.

I like his lyrics, but the music is a bit abrasive. Harsh repetitive sounds make it hard to sit through a song

Bastard from what I heard of it was pretty good.
Goblin was trash save for the 2 singles and MAYBE Fish.
Wolf was great.
Cherry Bomb was a mixed bag, highlights leaned more towards the R&B stuff than the rap songs.
