normal rap is honestly dead, trap is the next thing. the gates are closed for the next generation of normal rappers. Once people artists like Kendrick Lamar, J.Cole, Kanye etc. retire, normal rap is finished. Even Kendrick Lamar has started to incorporate trap. People like Joey Bada$$ are the very few normal rappers tat people will still like. I, personally am done with normal rap. I'm not saying i hate it, its just dying out. I've been getting into trap, mumble etc. since last year. Young thug, Lil Uzi vert, Migos, Lil Yatchy are all in my top 20 favourite artists right now
