My problem with Paul McCartney's Beatles songs is that most of his songs are either about utterly boring mundane shit (Eleanor Rigby, Yesterday, When I'm Sixty-Four etc) or insincere genre pastiches (Back in the USSR, Helter Skelter, Ob-La-Di, Rocky Racoon etc).
