I can't stop listening to this. Like Holy fucking shit. It's like a genre in it's own
>>69345047
yeah its pretty good, but it's pretty firmly in the "experimental RnB" genre.
Other artists like it:
James Blake
Ot To, Not to
Jai Paul
Frank Ocean (as of late)
>listening to the inferior version of her EPs
i can only hope LP2 will be as good as pic related

Im OP.
None of those albums sound anything like this. It's more Art-Pop and Singer-Songwriter than anything, just with a Hip-Hop approach to the production. It even has elements of Grime and Wonky. It's much more original than any of the Artists you mentioned, though Blonde is a pretty great album it is vastly different in terms of the "Alternative R&B" Production

>Twigs more original that James Blake
ok alright
>>69345707
clarification: S/T era James Blake
>>69345707
James Blake sucks
It's pop in its ideal form.
>>69345707
it's true, and not even debatable. Twigs sound is much more refined and her output thus far has been much more consistant.
James Blake has 1 decent project, Twigs hasn't has a dud since LP1. Everything's been A+
>>69345047
literally black Bjork
>>69345753
*EP1
>>69345753
I'll concede that Blake's last two projects were dogshit, but his self titled is a fucking modern classic. So many musicians have cited that as a major influence.
You can't say that for any of Twigs albums, even all of them combined. She's still great tho.

twigs is cool but yeah

Considering that decline in quality, as well as taking Pitchfork's credibility down with him, it leaves one question sticking out in my mind;
Why the fuck is he such a coward?
>>69345618
Ugh, this.
>>69345978
oh my fucking god this made me laugh so hard.
like, a hearty laugh from the gut. thanks anon.
