I have a BA in mechanical engineering. Then I went out on a limb and did my grad stuff in wood engineering. It's not that the studies are hard, but it's so fucking demanding on the psyche. I'm one month in front of the schedule, but I'm still feeling guilty as fuck for not studying. The last year I have been at it for 12 hours/day, not talking to friends etc. It kind of turns me into a school going neet.

This morning I asked myself: "what the fuck am I doing?" I haven't been happy in a year and my family is starting to notice my creeping depression. It's basically not worth risking my mind for some worthless credits and articles that finally will put in about the same spot as when I finished BA.
