the production is fucking awful
they put so much reverb on morrisseys voice just highlighting how out of tune it is most of the time
the amazing basslines are completly lost
all the guitars are too scrathy
at least the songs are good

Morrissey's singing isn't melodic, Marr just plays revolving arpeggios, the line between chorus and verse is so blurred. Not really that catchy either. Not a bad album, but doesnt do justice to "pop" as an artform
