Look, maybe back in the late 90s/early 00s rotational velocidensity was a problem, but electrical infetterance has rendered it pretty much irrelevant at this point. As long as you make sure to wash your hard drive with strong bleach every few months, you're not going to have any problem saving sound files in MP3. End of story.
