When I was a depressed NEET myself, I kept listening to Murcof and other ambient / glitch / techno.

Until you stop blaming the bogeyman of mental illness and actually make the fucking effort nothing will change.

Unless you're actually clinically depressed, aka have inhibited serotonin receptors or a deficiency in tryptophan, in which case my condolences. But let's be honest, you're not. Almost no one is.
