If Absolutego isn't amongst your favourite Boris releases (not to mention you included Pink), you're a fucking poseur and should be flayed
>>68915784
Absolutego is garbage.
>>68915784
What's the problem with Pink?
>>68915671
I'm off to see Boris doing their "Pink" tour, what should I expect lads
>>68916485
Warm tone and thick low frequencies
>>68916485
The only chick in the room would be the one strumming with an ebow.

why does it always have to be albums with you people..... here is my favourite collection of music at the minute
>>68916485

Will try it later, thx anon.

What the fuck kind of logic is this
I've been obsessed with this since someone posted in in /nbbmn/. The melodies are just so hypnotic and the production has a perfect lo-fi vibe to it.
To think I had written off all dungeon synth as prison Burzum
>>68918070
metallica - load?
>>68915671
>>68915883
I should listen to these sometime
>>68915934
Pretty underrated
I like all their works so far, but this is my favorite for the moment.
I've been kind of interested in noise/industrial as of late—shit that's unforgiving and aggressive, atonal, the works—and this is pretty emblematic of that whole ideology. It's still obviously rock music, but it's so cacophonous and dreary. Fav track: A Hanging.
Also, been looking for some really sad rock music. Let me know what ya got.
theyre so pretty
Now and forever. I'll be patrician when I'm dead.
>tfw you die 3 months after recording your greatest album
sad preacher nailed upon the colored door of time, insane teacher be reminded of the rhyme
>The System - Logic (1983)
Dream-pop/synthpop/hypnagogic/new-wave masterpiece.
>>68918650
How loud are they generally? Should I bring my plugs?
>>68918635
>collection of music
>>68921045

ma man
>>68917950
Is there a link for this?
Every part of me says that I shouldn't like this album as much as I do, it's just so poppy and singable I love it. I've listened to so much obtuse music over the years sometime I need to just listen to some dumb rock
>>68920494
Actually a great album. Never understood the hate on it.
>>68921713
s'cuz it's pop
>>68921713
Too accessible, people can't feel elite if they like it
Been listening to this a lot lately. I'm sort of post-punk/dark by nature and everything else by nurture. Coming back to this kind of sound after a stretch of other stuff feels so natural.
>>68921830
Yup. Pretty sure that's the case.
>>68921466
I don't know of a download link, but the whole thing is on youtube.

>>68915934

>>68921713

Thrash at it's best.

>>68918825

>>68918919
you motherfucker yes that is a great set right there
this has been blowing my mind though
Haven't stopped listening to this since I found it. The Bedroom Demos might just be my favourite song ever.
>>68915743
>>68915694
>>68915784
i saw them last year
all but two tracks they played were from noise
it was pretty shit
they finish with farewell tho which was pretty kwl
but no flood/absolutego/amplifier worship/heavy rocks/akuma no uta/feedbacker and they didn't play just abandoned myself
hoping they do another flood/pink tour and come to australia
>>68924119
Recommend any of their other albums? I listened to Peace Sells and thought it was pretty meh.
Gave me hope when I needed it

Those albums are really good too anons
this one forever
This is such a moody album and it really resonates with me. Sure it's a little cheesy, but man it reminds me so much of when I got into Destroyer's Kaputt a few years back.
>>68915671
My first Boris album. It's pretty good, but then I discovered Akuma no Uta and Pink and fell in love. Super blessed to have seen them perform Pink twice this year.
>>68915726
I remember thinking how weird this album was when I first heard it. Love it now.
>>68917928
Still getting into this one. I love ...Inside-Out and enjoy Painful.
>>68918356
I keep forgetting to listen to Talk Talk! Literally have never heard their music and I keep hearing how great they are.
>>68918509
Need to get to this soon. I loved "Flamingo" and a few songs from Intro Bonito plus her remixes.
>>68918913
One of my all-time favorites!
>>68921242
This is one of my favorite wintertime albums. "Souvlaki Space Station" is my fucking jam!
>>68922064
I need to get more into proto-punk. Just discovered DEATH and really dug them!
>>68925684
Tame Impala is super hit-or-miss with me. I keep avoiding this album because I wasn't into the singles. I loved Innerspeaker though.
>>68928799
I just can't get into this band. I tried; it's way too technical and soulless for me.
>>68931417
Dude fuck yeah The Pillows! Happy Biouvac is a great fucking album too!
>>68921242
I've rediscovered this album recently. It is absolutely incredible.
Black star, mystic styles, abstract tribe unique ep's
>>68915671
Not much of a blues guy, but God damn this is good. Can anyone recommend me anything in this type of style? The little I do know about it is that it's delta blues
>>68932876
nice
There's no changing my favorite album.
It still scratches my edgelord itch every now and again, but I thought it had solid composition, overall.
>>68919667
check out homosexual cookies, be careful while looking for it tho.
I love this album so much, my favorite one to come out in the last couple years.
this album is so beautiful
I can't get enough of this.
Listened to a Stevie album for the first time in a while, since I was a kind, and this just blew my mind.
So comfy.
