Now THIS is a load of fun. Some obvious influences are Guided by Voices, Ariel Pink, and the like. I also think of the album "Cut Me Down and Count My Rings" by Half Handed Cloud. There is absolutely nothing wrong here with the timbre or the lyrics. But I think you need to work on your melodies. Make them shine. And try singing more clearly.

This is also darn good. There's a lot of good stuff in this thread. Usually when I give feedback I end up criticizing everyone a lot but this stuff is cool. My only real critique is that you ought to try as hard as possible to avoid the nasal tone that plagues all of us young white boys in their singing.

Forgot to promote the BC so the numbers have been garbage lately. If you listen via Spotify/Apple music it's on there too. I put it through the free aggregator and it turns out I have to generate $50 in streaming revenue to get any of the money I've made, so I guess I'll see it in five years.
