You have to be American to get it and once you do, you realize it's shite.
he's actually really small, dude. Like 5'5

For this album you kind of need to come in with an appreciation of jazz and funk as well as a genreal understanding of black issues in america so I get how it wouldn't click with a slav desu. Maybe listen to GKMC its production is way more accesible and its themes are way less esoteric
built up hype with section 80 and gkmc and got a right place right time situation with tbap

this is one of the only "muh black culture" albums i didn't get a huge "kill whitey" vibe from. i haven't listened to it in a long time but as far as i remember it was mostly about how they hate that they caused their own culture to be shitty.

>I think that [black men] is tired-a grabbin' ... out the stores and next time it’s a riot there’s gonna be bloodshed for real. I don’t think America can know that. I think America think we was just playing and it’s gonna be some more playing but it ain’t gonna be no playing. It’s gonna be murder, you know what I’m saying, it’s gonna be like Nat Turner, 1831 ...

Wew
Is this record really that political?
Like, I just hear a really solid rap record with some of the most intelligent musical arrangements in the history of the genre. What is there not to get about this? It's just straight up fantastic, front to back.
If this record didn't exist, I would feel major pity on this decade, looking back. It stands so far above anything else put out in the mainstream realm of the last 10 or so years.

more proof that CLPPNG is the only good album about muh thug life

This is ridiculous. It's far above his peers but at the same time his peers are in the gutter. It's a good record no doubt, but overproduced
