They are a dream pop band that reached their fullest potential on albums 2-4. They have made an impact. They are the most notable Dream-pop band of this century and that's saying a hell of a lot.

10 Mile Stereo and Sparks are two of their most noisy and dense songs, and also two or their best. When they previewed DC with Sparks I wanted that to be the direction of the whole album.

Also Depression Cherry was considerably better than Bloom.
