I'll take LSD for the first time in a week or two. Post albums that could make it a better (or deeper) experience. Please, avoid clichés like prog. rock.

please avoid cliché drugs like lsd, real trippers take DMT, fagget
It can be rewarding to listen to new music during a session but the music that's really the best is what you already like. That said, it's usually not that rewarding to listen to experimental music or even music typically called "psychedelic" unless you really already like that time of music. I find that melodic music is by far the best. Also keep in mind the drastic affect music will have on the trip. It can affect your thoughts at a deep level, the visuals, and so on.
Also since it's your first time here's a guide that I've found very helpful.

Coming down myself, but off of 2c-b-FLY

don't listen to this
>>68575131
i'd suggest you just listen to something you already like, as unfamiliarity can be uncomfortable on your first trip. but if you're set on this idea, anything by Animal Collective really works for me. You can pick out every layer in the music and really appreciate it more. Don't listen to music during the peak, though. Stare at something, or just close your eyes and let your mind wander. Have a nice trip.

>does anybody really care
>if so I can't imagine why
>we've all got time enough to die

Solid rec, some of the glitchy parts are pretty psychedelic sounding

Pretty good album top to bottom OP. Listened to it my first trip and will never forget the experience!

MPP is only fit for candyflipping.
The best album to trip to is ODDSAC.

these are both great for trips.
Kiyoko - Sea of Trees
It's only around 30 minutes actually so not too big a commitment. If you're listening to it on speakers you need a big crisp sub for it to make any sense, this is the ideal way to listen but headphones work too I guess. Try to fit it in while you're peaking on the acid, hearing "first light" while I was tripping was intensely powerful for me, felt like I was returning home.
