It's "Ivan the Terrible killing his son", by Ilya Yefimovich Repin.
So no, it's not Goya.

Fun fact about dat nigga Francisco Goya and specifically that painting. The 'title' of that painting, "Saturn Devouring His Sons", was only given to it after Goya had already painted it and died. He painted it on a wall inside his house (might have been his room even, can't remember) and left it untitled. Art historians had to first figure out what the hell it was supposed to be, and after they determined it was a painting of Saturn eating his kids (this was a relatively common subject in art, there are several other examples of other artists painting this subject), they came up with its unofficial title.
I think it's pretty fucking creepy that Goya painted it on a wall in his house and didn't even title it or anything....he just left it there.
He was a messed up dude.
>>68390533
I know lol, I actually learned that in some spanish class I took
He painted relatively normal paintings for the earlier part of his life and then suddenly went fucking batshit insane and just painted all these surreal/demented paintings all around his house, 14 of them
