The other seven tracks on Pygmalion (my favorite album) are great, but they don't live up to the potential hinted at with Rutti and Blue Skied an' Clear.

Most really old music traditions that belong to rather secluded cultures are actually pretty boring if you don't understand the intersubjective construction of reality that is specific to this culture through metaphors, allusions and general life experiences; much less if you don't even understand the language used.

Out of Egypt is a pretty lackluster closing track.

Post-rock is a genre where there at any given moment there are at most some two dudes actually trying something new. All the other bands just do whatever those guys are doing and then tag their own music as "experimental"
