Hey /mu/, first time coming here
I know the metal scene on /mu/ is not big, but if your not into metal just skip this thread.
I want to discover some new bands, ITT: recommend new bands to me based on my prefrence
Listing my top favourite bands:
Eluvietie and Slipknot my favourite together, can't pick one over the other. I really love the folk part of Eluveitie, they mix it so well with the metal, and I love Slipknot's raw talent and style of music.
2nd is Parkway Drive, enjoy their vocals and lyrics, mostly their new stuff

Rammstein is Neue Deutsche Härte, which is Die Krupps + Laibach. and Die Krupps used to call themselves Metal but they were industrial rock.

P.S We do have a metal general, unfortunately me and the other faggots who browse it managed to turn it into the shitposting heaven of scene spamming, atmo/riff debates, meme album cover spamming, weebgrind and shilling of random bands for no reason that it is now.
