So if they actually pressed this on vinyl, how many LPs would there be?

Probably twelve.
Four

I just recently listened to this album and I liked it a lot (it still has some growing room though) but I'm surprised it doesn't get criticized for being full of non-songs.
Not saying I agree with that opinion, but you'd think it'd be more polarizing. I guess the people that would listen to this kind of album are people who are more inclined to "get" it.
Also probably 6 or 7 LPs.

I had a brain fuck up. I meant sides of an LP. so four. Four LPs.
>>68308753
Well, it's not exactly an album that is presenting "songs". The non-songs you mention are enjoyed because of the sonic qualities and build up, not so much lyrics (if any) or catchy melodies.

>>68308779
how would you package that?
>>68308837
Like how they press other long albums. In a bulky box-ish thing with envelopes. Like the Have One On Me vinyl.

idk anything about vinyl. what are the limitations of it?
The Seer is 3 hours long and needed 3 LP's with all 6 sides in use. SFTB is 2 hours and 22 minutes, so it'd probably need an extra side needed. So probably around 4 LP's with a possible sketching on one side.
>>68309045
The Seer is two hours also they really fucked up the tracklist for the vinyl version
>>68309029
About 25 minutes to a side then it starts to lose quality. Less if the mastering is loud
>>68308837
kind of like
>>68308602
It will comfortably sit at four LPs. It'll be a nice box set
>>68308602
Well, considering The Seer, To Be Kind, And The Glowing Man are all 3x LPs, I would guess it'd be a 4x LP.

I swear to god if the soundtracks vinyl is just a gray circle...

>non-songs
It's called ambient music, buddy.
