Big sufjan fan here. Listened to all his stuff multuple times and I think that pretty much all of his albums are good with some being amazing. Don't write of a 7/10, it's still pretty good, just not amazing imo :)

Illinois was really good don't get me wrong, it's just not a 10/10. For me personally his previous album Michigan hit me harder and I personally enjoyed it more for what it is doing.

In hindsight I should've given it an 8/10 but 7 is not a bad score!

With 10/10 I didn't mean "GODSWORK" or "PERFECT IN EVERY THING", cause I know that doesn't exist. I meant it in more of a "what you think are extremely good albums.
Same way you would go to a friend after listenening to a great album and say "You gotta listen to this. This is a 10/10!"

And yes all of these three albums I would put in a 'Best albums I have ever heard list.

I guess I'll start with Radiohead. While I totally agree with Kid A and maybe Amnesiac if I'm stretching (more of a 9 in my eyes) I just can't agree with OK Computer and In Rainbows. Great albums but by no means a 10.
For Anco, I agree with Here Comes the Indian, but all the other ones, while being great albums, have their weak moments.
The only 10/10 Swans album for me is The Seer.
I agree about Good Kid Mad City and To Pimp A Butterfly, but Untitled Unmastered is just simply nowhere near that level. It's not trying to be. Don't get me wrong it's still great but the songs are essentially throw aways from TPAB. Amazing that Kendrick's throw aways are better than plenty of rappers' best but definitely not 10/10.
Kanye is just all wrong to be honest. The only album I could say is a 10 is MBDTF and even then I would be stretching. I love him but he has some bad songs on all of those albums.
Haven't listened to the other artists in depth enough to give an opinion.
