What bands/artists do you think have unique creative names? I've always thought the name Bon Iver was special.

Fleet Foxes. It's just nice to say.
Also I'm a sucker for "The [Nouns]" named bands.

Also, Modest Mouse. The name really describes their music perfectly when you think about it (at least their older records).

Jesus Christ fuck off r/Indie
The Beatles
The name is actually a pretty clever pun. A "beat" is another word for a rhythm (of a song). "Beetle" is the correct spelling for the bug, and Paul McCartney wanted to name the band "The Beetles" after the bug, but John Lennon miswrote it and they didn't realize until their first album was released and all the covers said "The Beatles." Pretty interesting story actually.
