Honestly man, don't listen to shit that'll make you feel worse.

Its different for everyone but listen to some upbeat exciting music that'll make you think fuck everything and everyone else. I found punk after the worst heartbreak of my life that happened right as I gotten through a year of crippling depression, and I can honestly say I think I'd be dead if I hadn't found it. I don't care if its not the best genre of music or the sex pistols are widely regarded as shit, listening to anarchy in the UK was probably the only thing that got me through that shit. It could even be something dark, people say joy division is depressing but there was something about it that really stabilized my mood.
