I actually like this guy's music, >inb4 mallgoth emo blah blah. He is a good lyricist and his music varies from brilliant to terrible, my opinion on his music usually changes depending on my mood, but I don't think any of his albums are horrifyingly bad or anything. It's sad he aged like 20 years in the last 5-10 years.
>>
good to know, thanks for sharing I guess
>>
The triptych is solid
>>
I meant brilliant to bad. My internet fucked up so I copied and pasted it, thinking I corrected it.

Kek i feel the same way, but prepare to be ridiculed, /mu/ will never take manson seriously
>>
>>55476295
you said "brilliant to terrible" which means the same thing
>>
>>55476262
Do you have any idea (w/o googling it) who Rozz Williams is?
>>
>>55476324
Terrible is a measurement of bad.
>>
>>55476328
Yep they dressed the same, whats the big deal?

Rozz is a more inventive songwriter and innovated more but that doesn't stop me from appreciating MM, who also borrows from Bowie, NIN, KMFDM, Killing Joke etc.
>>
Manson is great

>Marilyn Manson borrowed from Killing Joke

I'll be right back. Just gonna' nip off and shoot meself in the head.

I never got the deal with him, I understand his music, but it just doesn't appeal to me.
>>
>>55476486
Do it. We don't need over-sensitive faggots like you around, anyway.
>>
>>55476486
Yes, Born Villain borrows from their 80s post-punk industrial rock verse-chorus-verse format.
>>
I absolutely love Manson from 1994 to 2001. That's it, If it weren't for Twiggy or any past member that helped to write the music, MM would've been completely shit. Antichrist Superstar and Mechanimal Animals have brilliant songwriting, the later being my favorite.

I love the similarities with MA songs and Bowie songs, like Dissociative and Space Oddity.
>>

I do too.
