My old Altima 2008 Coupe has a rain leaking problem right now. It seems like water is leaking out from that white sponge pipe every time it rains outside.

Does anyone know what that part is called, how to get it fixed, or what the problem is?

I'd recommend looking at your weather stripping on your windows, then from that maybe your sunroof drains
