Hey /o/, Currently I have a 2015 Corvette, and a 1996 Honda Civic.

My friend is buying my Corvette off me for 45K, so I'll have some money to get a new car.

My current choices are

>2007 Porsche 911 Coupe
$46,801
>2008 BMW M5
$34,900
>2012 Lotus Evora S
$59,500
>2016 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350
$58,744

>Porsche
Pros:
Reliable
Fun to drive
Great handling
24K miles
Nice color (black)

Cons:
Slowest of the 4

>BMW
Pros:
4 doors
V10
500 hp

Cons:
50K miles

>Lotus
Pros:
Most comfy of the 3 Lotus's, the exige was just uncomfortable
dat supercharged camry engine
looks insane

Cons:
Not sure what maintenance costs on this would cost, should probably research

>Mustang
Pros:
Practically brand spanking new
Voodoo
Recaro Package
Most likely cheapest maintenance

Cons:
I've owned 2 mustangs in the past

All in all, reliability isn't the biggest factor as I do have my DD civic that I've kept alive for over 150K miles.

Which 911? Because there are a lot of variants. Your pic is a Turbo.

Also add reliability/maintenance costs to the M5's cons, they have a bit of a reputation. V10 sound though.
>>
911. Better luxury than the bmw while driving the best
>>
>>22125
It's a carrera coupe
>>
>>22101
the m5 is widely regarded as one of the best cars of all time. you should get it.

I'm just worried about maintenance. It's not the cost that worries me, I just don't want it to be in the shop more than I'm actually driving it. Plus I do track/autox

I really want that v10 engine though, and I won't have to take out a loan for it and I'll have money for mods. But it has 50K miles.
>>
M5 because Mecha 5
>>
k swap and carbon body and tube frame the civic, be the hero we deserve

>2007 Porsche 911 Coupe
Slow boring German Camry
>2008 BMW M5
Fat unreliable German Honda
>2012 Lotus Evora S
Overpriced Miata
>2016 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350
Currently in a lawsuit because they overheat on the track

Get a SRT Challenger or a CTS-V
>>
>>22101
it goes between the 911 and the M5 (both are obviously the better cars)
i'd go for the 911, by far, it'll be the fastest car "in the real world" that howling v10 tho..

Porsche- assuming you also choose to keep the maintenance up and can afford to keep parts that wear in spec. The BMW is less fun when it comes to maintenance because in addition to the above for the BMW also has a habit to hit you with random unexpected component failures. The Lotus only if you are able to have a good specialist mechanic or able to take advantage of their almost nonexistent dealerships. Ford is over priced, cheaply made, cheaply fixed, &ha blast to drive. Just realize it won't handle well, will eat tires, and squeak from all the generous tollerences for everything attached to the chassis.
>>
>>22290
not the 2008 model or e60 model in general. you're thinking of the e39 m5. i would get the lotus if you're into just a fun car.
>>
>>22101
Look at it in terms of investment ...

I'd go for Lotus - I know Elise prices have been getting more and more expensive? What about 1st gen nsx?
