If nothing else, she was glad to reach so many.

Big Jim is usually taken out of context because he gets baited on Twitter by the same few people concern trolling endlessly. That said, it's obvious he doesn't have the same commitment to overall quality as some of the past show runners. The critics only sting because he knows he should be doing better.
