Could we create a list of filters so if shills and shitposters come here they don't shit up our new board as they did with /pol/?
Some examples of mine:
>redpill me
>not white
>drumpf
>CTR
>shareblue
>quick rundown
>pro tip
>millenials
>prove me
>prove it
>>168857
>BTFO
>damn...
>really makes you think
>will defend this
>>168857
>tfw I'm filtering my own thread
>>168900
Why did this make me laugh so hard
>>168857
>ever compete
>white bois
>bog
>bogdanoff
>really make you think
the words white, boi, whiteboi, and even compete
oh and BBC

how do I filter things?
Filters are complicated because you can filter innocents, it creates a disconnect between posters, it doesn't actual deal with shills, and newfags have no way of knowing. It improves things, but it doesn't actually solve the problem and shills can always adapt
>>168939
>he doesn't like rundown posting
>>168962
However, even if innocents are filtered for actual happenings at least 5-6 threads emerge. So it is most likely that one of those is not filtered, and users access the one that is not filled with shitty clichés
>>169000
>He likes rundown posting and other repetitive unfunny and stagnant shit
>>168857
Nah, it's easier to shut them down if you found the most commonly used bot/shill sentences and phrases and made it so any thread with those in it autosages. Filtering it will make them get new phrases to screech out like a bunch of monkeys.
How does one filter poll and survey threads?

Can we filter by ID? We never had them on /mlp/
>>171857
Yes you can. There is an option to hide flags IIRC. I used them on leafs
>>171699
If they link to an actual polling site, write a rule filtering that.
If it's one of these "your age, your occupation, your political compass/whatever" threads then you have to get a bit more sophisticated. I'm sure you could find a pattern in how these are set up though if you study some occurences in the archives.

I think this is the way to go. What makes those threads so annoying isn't so much that they get posted (although that is still annoying) but that newfags keep replying to them and bumping them until they hit bump limit and literally cannot be bumped any more.
It doesn't matter if it's an assblasted novel-length reply to a Horsey cartoon or a bunch of retards spamming LOL TEH SHILL FORGOT TO RENAME TEH IMAGE XDDD, either way it keeps the shitpost bumped so even more newfags see it and feel compelled to respond to it.
>people unironically are against bogposting
Seems like BIDF has found /mlpol/ aswell.

/pol/ is exactly 2 times more degenerate than /mlpol/

Filters are for the weak OP. In my 7-8 years if being on this website I have never used the filter, shit I don't even know how to use it. Buck up, and stop being a bitch.
