According to how the stuff talks about the raffle, it sounds more like the show stuff will create a character base on the raffle winner's answers on this questionnaire for them and put it into the show instead of Make-A-Wish level OC cameo. But I can't 100% sure since I didn't win it and can not acquire more details atm.

You're all overreacting. The two people who won the raffle were given personality tests and an artist will design a pony based around the results of the tests. Their pony isn't going to be on the show, rather an artist's rendering of what they think their pony would look like based on their personality will be on the show. That way they won't have to put in a red and black alicorn bat pony or some other crazy monstrosity on the show with little to no explanation.
