Daring Do apologised because how much trouble she was causing was brought to her attention, people like Nathan Drake, James Bond, or Indiana Jones were never faced with these issues and if they were they brushed it off with a one-liner

Nathan Drake doesn't have a hero complex like Daring Do does. He's in it for himself, and to hell the damage he causes in his wake.
Hell, he's even admitted to there being a list of places to never visit again because of all the trouble he's caused.
