Fluttershy is completely unlikeable. The voice director, writers, and maybe even Libman completely ruined her. It was MAYBE alright to do it once with Putting Your Hoof Down for the sake of an episode but it became the standard to make her loud and obnoxious after that.

Endless fucking nonsense in every single major depiction she ever gets. There's so few actual episode where she's actually shy and kind, that being a spazzy cunt is her default view. Back in season 1 we had balance with Green Isn't your Color and A Bird in The Hoof allowing her shy and kind side to flourish without outbursts. In season when she did have outbursts, it was either depicted as maternal instincts after an entire episode of her being feminine (dragon shy, stare master) or as clearly meant to be cute (sonic rainboom, best night ever with her falling into her own traps).
Check out this Fluttershy outburst in season and notice how amazing her voice control is and how she still sounds soft and likeable while being angry. Complete contrast to what she is today.

Even her yelling at the Cockatrice in Stare Master sounded restrained.

Aside from Tara, who's in a ballpark of her own, Andrea's the voice actress who takes the show the least seriously from a critical standpoint. Who gives a darn when your job for the past 8 years has been endless autistic screeching, and you're comfortable doing that as long as it appeals to the youngest possible demographic and you're payed reasonably well?

Not a flutterfag bro but fluttershits a well developed character because of said spotlight episodes you hate so much.
Her episodes explore specific problems related to her characteristic shyness such as being a doormat, social anxiety, rather slow at improving any part of herself etc.
On the surface each of her episodes are indistinguishable from each other due to it's overarching theme but instead of beating it to death like most anons do just accept the fact that you are projecting your particular collection of autistic failures at a three dimensional yellow horse because you experience the same thing.
