So is it just me or has S7 been incredibly forgettable so far, like way more than all the other seasons? It's not bad, but outside of A Perfect Pear it really hasn't been very good either, it's just kinda been floating in some awkward pool of mediocrity.

This. It has a lot of good episodes. And the ones that aren't good are mediocre. Very few are actually "bad" in my tastes.

But no. You're not the only one for sure if that's what you're asking. There are people who dislike it and it's fine to do so. Everyone has their own opinion.
