Diamond dogs are the natural choice for fully armored and decked out weapons characters in my opinion. Hell all guard dogs even wear breastplates even underground.

Diamond dogs are truly the best fighter archtypes to be used in roleplays. I dont know about barbarians since the Yaks seems to fit in it more but perhaps it does work with DD too.

There's something to be said if Hasbro is confident enough to slap MLP on their official D&D site as an enticement to go to Hascon.

MLP's status as a little girl's franchise has been outstripped by its reputation. In any other decade this kind of intersection would have made no sense at all.

Since starlight was able to bluff a magical staff existing of a legendary unicorn, presumably magical staffs can be used to amplify a pony mage's power.

And twilight's going to steal the storm king's staff away from him to defeat him in the movie, so there's going to be a canon instance of a pony mage being more powerful with a staff too.

None of the other characters work well (characterwise) as meat shields. Kind of a problem the EQG series has for team dynamics too, they're all squishy ranged or support without any Bruisers to tank besides AJ (RD is melee but squishy as fuck)

I thought Rarity was a Sorcerer and Twilight was a Wizard. One key difference is that sorcs use charisma as their casting stat while wizards use int.

The staff wasn't real, bruh. It was a prop for her own magic.
Starlight calls it the ninth artifact of Meadowbook but Meadowbrook only made eight enchanted items.

AJ beigna paladin has little sense.

She is just a "Honest Person" but that's isn't enough to make her a Paladin. She is just an hardworker.

Also there isn't really religion in the Show, so Paladin makes even less sense. The point of Flutters to beign a sort of "Druid" is because she talks with animals and likes them, but thats' all.
