If anything I think her egotism would play her trying to be a good mom. "Rainbow Dash's kid" has to be awesome, right? If her kid is a loser or if she's seen as a bad parent, it would damage her ego and her reputation, so she'd likely push her kid to be the best at everything. Whether she ends up being a good mom or a bad mom would depend on how well the kid handles the pressure and how well Dash handles her kid failing, but it won't be for lack of attention or effort.

Pinkie manages to dial it down enough for the cake twins, though. Granted babysitting someone else's kids is a lot different from raising your own, but knowing Pinkie would love her child to the point of overdoing it is enough to convince me she'd also care enough to consider how her kid feels and adjust accordingly.

She has thousands of servants who would be more than willing to raise her child for her, if anything her son would have a good pseudo-mom in the form of his favourite caretaker, plus he'd be rich.

Rarity would probably be like her mom is to Sweetie Belle, in that she wouldn't be very involved in her kid's life at all. She would make sure the kid is well provided for, but only because she would find a way to have someone else do it for her. Would that make her a bad mom? Probably, but I guess it'd depend on who you ask.

Would that be enough, though? Any kid that knows Celestia is their mom is gonna resent the fact that she cares more for Equestria than for them. Sure they'd have to be a bratty little shit to feel that way, but most kids are bratty little shits so that should go without saying.
