Did the hasbro shareholder presentation say something about there being a new MLP movie every year from 2020 or did I make that up?

you can put in a fake email, they don't check it

They mentioned something about a Hasbro cinematic movie every year to 2020 and beyond, I think that was the implication. They've already satisfied that to 2019 IIRC.
Also they definitely confirmed a Hanazuki movie, as well as a Stretch Armstrong one and an animated Transformers one. Plus, they did in fact sort of leak that there's going to be another pony movie by saying that Boulder will be making it. DHX is making the current one, not Boulder.

Their shareholders must be really pissed right now.

They're READY to make another Pony theatrical movie; movie studios always plan for there being a sequel with the expectation that the movie will be a success-- as an example, the people in charge of the Power rangers movie said they had plans for like 6 of them.
Now, MAKING that is another thing; they won't start work on another pony movie unless this movie blows it out of the water and makes over 200 million or more, much like how the Power rangers movie sequels got nixed due to only selling 100 million.

Well considering how much cheaper they can make it with Boulder, it may happen regardless.

>boulder
No thanks, their EQG work looks cheap as fuck.

you still need ticket sales no matter how cheaply you can make it; if people don't see it in theaters then its better made as a made for tv movie.

It's an animated movie every year. Won't always be pony.
