Depends on the artist, hard to get a read on net worth when prices vary so wildly.

Biggest amounts I've seen would be from shino, doesn't do commission but his auctions routinely go over $600

Most were porn, but some weren't.

At the time, there were a lot of people asking for commissions (so much that I had a backlog and had to tell people I can't take more). I think MLP died down, so not as many as 4-5 years ago.
