She's going to be Cinch.

cinch will be trying to figure out a way to get revenge on Twilight and Cadence for her humiliation and for Cadence replacing her.
She'll end up coming into contact with one of those equestrian magic whisps and be mutated into a bug women and be driven insane, and then turn to trying to get revenge on them both.

We'll then have a redux of a canterlot wedding where Cinch/chrysalis kidnaps Cadence and replaces her as the principal, mind controls Shining armor so she can get close to Twilight, and uses her magic to transform some of the worse students at Crystal prep into changeling soldiers.

Twilight will figure things out, they'll free cadence and defeat chrysalis, and her and her brainwashed changeling students will escape and form a "hive" hideout somewhere in town to plot revenge.

Getting into the mindset of a teen who is presumably somewhat trained in fighting can give you a sense of invincibility
I know that I felt like I was larger than life and I only lifted weights at that age
Basically, I don't know how inflated my imaginary armor would've been if I was trained to fight too
So I can see how he might not have even thought of slapping the cuffs on her since, from his perspective, she wasn't much of a threat more like an idiot who he gut punched

I will start this off by saying that I have only had roughly four hours of sleep combined in the last two days. So if things seemed to kinda derp out suddenly that is probably why.
The setup I was trying to go for was Anon was in good shape and possibly working toward a boxing tournament down the road. As far as Chrysalis is concerned I pictured her as kind of aloof and bitter but having (Intended) good reasons for pulling the stunts she does. For reasons that will be revealed later.
I was trying to aim towards something comedic when she was introduced into the class but I guess I wasn't quite able to work it that way this time.
