all of the windows are purely for decoration. the ones outside are props and the ones inside are actually LED screens designed to simulate the outdoors so you dont go insane.

The window above her head is in the front (next to the window you highlighted on the right), the big window you have highlighted is facing the back, and the door you have highlighted is a side door or door to the bathroom (note that it doesn't have a window). The front door is not visible in the interior shot.
