Personally when thinking about Twilight as a waifu her power level doesnt sway me.

I love Twilight because throughout the series her character has developed perfectly. Naturally shes brilliant, humble and basically embodies all the elements of harmony by herself but she can also be neurotic, angry and even a little jealous sometimes. I just love her

Why?
I mean, if they're insecure and want to be protected and whatnot (see, women) then what's wrong with liking the 'strongest' character? ~~even tho she isn't that anymore, but if they only search power we wouldn't have this discussion about twiggy in the first place~~
Liking a character because he's powerful is just as valid a reason as if you liked her for her cute voice, what she looks like or because your thoughts are alike
