I still think that it was a really bad episode. In fact, I would say that ADO and other of the season stinkers, Newbie Dash, have the same problem, both have a good lesson, terribly delivered.
I understand that morals are an important part of the show, and I understand that, for some people, episodes with more relevant morals are immediately better than episodes with silly filler lessons. But it's still a show, and I'd rather rate the episodes based on what I actually see instead of what the writer was supposedly trying to say.
