I'm a bit worried because I just realized something. Josh Haber was the one who wrote the pony of shadows originally. It's a bit suspicious that such a minor part would get a full season finale by someone other than the original creator of it. Combine that with episodes about the new changelings, season 4 friendship journal callback, and other stuff from season 6 etc. Is it possible that Josh Haber will replace Joanna and Kristine as the story editor for the second half of season 7?

So, we know we're getting Rockhoof, mistmane and flash in the campfire one, and we're probably getting Meadowbrook in the Horse-aids one since she's a doctor of some kind.
That means we still haven't gotten Starswirl the bearded or Rockhoof in anything.
Uncommon bond might be a starswirl the bearded episode, or something talking about how the six legends in the past formed a group of some kind (maybe something about those 8 magical artifacts of Meadowbrooks?)

Fluttershy's horse HIV Zecora episode will talk about Meadowbrook, and some Pinkie episode (Secrets and Pies?) will talk about Somnambula. All of the LoM characters are ancient versions of the M6.

Now SS is integral to Equestria's past and his time spell was heavily featured in the S5 finale.
Also the minor plot point of Cerberus in that same episode was also later revealed to be important and being a direct cause of the events in the S4 finale.
