It won't be Pinkie Pie or Rainbow Dash due to Episode 23, and it won't be Twilight due to le ebin finale facing her off against Shadowlock. I personally think that it'll be a standalone episode that tries to tie up any loose ends with Starlight before sending her off for something bigger, or at least changing her formula.
