Get the VLC app for iPhone. It has the option of downloading OR streaming media. Go to yayponies, get the direct link to the mp4 (or whatever other file type it's in) of the episode, paste that link into the streaming option for the app and stream it.

Download your shit, you can get a 4GB sdcard for less than 3$ USD, people throw away 2GB SDs all the time and you can get one of those for less than a dollar
Fucking seriously, I don't even have Internet connection so I use my cousin's wifi, 80KBs per second on my phone (a shitty alcatel, 2GB microSD storage) I just download episodes all night long and watch them on my PC the next day
