Actually, speaking of computer problems, tonight, The same problems started popping up again. Now to try and "Fix" my problem I tried reinstalling windows. i did this twice, because I had the problems pop back up, but like I said it started up again tonight.
Anyway, what happens is various programs stop opening up. Like right now steam refuses to boot, as well as various windows utilities, Like windows photo viewer will not open files, instead just showing me a bit of a loading circle before doing nothing. If it's like the last times, I'll end up with massive slowdown in a day or two system wide. I've been looking up solutions to the photoviwer problem tonight, to try to find out what the actual cause is, and the problem seems to mostly happen to computers with a certain range of radeon graphics cards, but I'm not sure that the drivers are a problem, especially if it is also affecting steam. I think it may have something to do with a recent windows update, although I cannot confirm that since, I just got everything up to date last night, but the problem being that after I updated Last night, the problem didn't start into well into tonight. I'm not sure what's wrong, and I'm sorry about blog-posting, but nothing online is helping, and I really don't want my computer to be down for another week.
