So ethnocentric that the monarchy are all mixed race and social/economic stratification is based on wealth rather than some bizarre racial ideology. The ponies are certainly chauvinists in international relations, but in a system without any liberal order like the UN or hegemonic power like the US, that's just what states do. There's no evidence to suggest Equestria restricts access to the nation to ponies, we frequently see various other creatures take up residence there or come visit without any legal trouble. The ponies also travel to other countries without getting visas or anything, so it's possible that regionally there's some kind of freedom of movement agreement, hardly the sort of thing an ethnocentric state would allow.

There's precisely zero canon evidence for that, and even if it were true protectionism isn't a defining feature of fascism. Almost every country to exist has engaged in some kind of protectionism, as it has a much higher success rate than the neoliberal garbage the Washington Consensus was pushing.

Also not fascist. In Germany free healthcare was established by the Social-Democratic Weimar Republic in 1918. Hitler's Germany actually led the world in privatizations during the '30s, but presumably dumping free healthcare was considered beyond the pale politically, as it had been in place for over a decade.
