How would this mass shilling conspiracy never have been caught? If many people (let's say hundreds) have been paid to say good things like you suggest, someone would've opened up about it. Someone would have found the source ad or some receipt of 4chan shilling. But 4chan can't do that so simply, it isn't formatted so you can get an advertisement inbetween every 100 posts.
