This one you can verify by looking at screenshots. It's an objective quality, and we can demonstrably prove it's false, therefore invalid, as Luna's ass is fucking tiny.

This one's harder, as it's entirely subjective. To be meaningful it needs a qualifier. "Hotness" is subjective, and when it comes to ponies there can be no universally accepted standard on what an attractive horse looks like (since most people don't find horses attractive). "I find her attractive because XYZ" allows people to argue the XYZ, whether they agree with finding her attractive or not isn't really meaningful.

Another quality that's actually quantifiable. It's a lot harder than ass-size as it's more abstract, so therefore it's generally more interesting to discuss.
We can look at Luna in Sleepless in Ponyville and say that yes, she's somewhat motherly towards Scootaloo, and we can look at her in For Whom the Sweetie Belle Toils and say that she can also be harsh and stern. Hm. Those are more traditionally seen as fatherly traits. Maybe she's just generally a guardian archetype?.
And what of Celestia? She has a near obsessive relationship to Twilight, but is it really motherly? I can't think of many relevant examples of the top of my head, so the input of someone who's memorized the entire show by heart would come in handy here.
