I wouldn't say rodeo is farming for AJ, but I haven't met anyone into rodeo who wasn't born and raised with a gapped tooth on a wide open plain somewhere.

From The Show Stoppers onwards its clear that Apple Bloom has an interest in art, Sweetie Belle in singing, and Scootaloo is talented with her scooter.

Fluttershy clearly has some sort of interest in fashion based on Suited for Success. She also consistently holds tea parties with both her animals and Discord. She also has an interest in music and singing from Filli Vanilli.

Dash loves reading after being introduced to Daring Do in Read it and Weep. Dash and Pinkie love pranks.

Pinkie Pie has an interest in ice skating and has been doing it since she was very young as explained in Winter Wrap Up. She also has a talent for playing multiple instruments as demonstrated in Swarm of the Century, Magic Duel, Castle-mania, and recently Honest Apple.

Rarity is a member of the Pony Tones.

Twilight is passionate about reading and science, not sure if that's technically related to her cuite mark though.
