Just watched this. What a boring and stupid episode where everyone was in the wrong and no lessons were learned.

>Fluttershy: "I don't know anything about building"
>Builder pony says her design is not structurally sound
>The ponies working on it never do any requirements gathering from their primary stockholder
>Fluttershy does not accept any input from any of the ponies who were "hired" as experts
>Ignore fluttershy and do whatever they want
>Start the project without running it by any of the other parties
>Wrangler pony doesn't know how to take a door off a cage
>Halfway through production fluttershy fires everyone
>Even though she wasn't paying them, they were literally helping for free
>Instead of doing nothing like before, now all the mane 6 + 1 work on it
>Some literally who irish horse shows up in the last 2 minutes and is apparently a building expert when he wasn't invited before and they just finished talking about doing it themselves
>Finally they build some stupid ass sanctuary right next to a fucking forest that has all that shit naturally
>Nothing goes wrong, despite the building expert explaining the structure is no good
>Nobody learns anything
>Starlight was on screen at one point in time
