Of course. They thought they were only gonna make 1 EG and probably designed her around being a human. That's also why they probably didn't d a whole new model for her pony form. Why waste the time when they thought they were only gonna use it once? Saves time to use a premade model and change it around. I'm sure that if they planned to give her more time as a pony, they would have made a whole new model for her. Still looks sexier than Rarity's imo.
