Yes, the whole appeal of Poochie is the butthurt and salt she provokes just by existing. She's certainly not liked for her merits (implying she has any). Really, no one likes this piece of shit of a character, she has no positives at all, bland design, terrible backstory, absolute bullshit power levels with no explanation whatsoever, terrible characterization, unlikeable personality, has no chemistry with the rest of the cast and she takes the spotlight that immensely better characters would have put to good use.
