I'm 100% sure that if Lauren still kept in touch with developments on her creation, she would love Sunset. She said on an interview that she has a hard-on for female characters that are short tempered, strong willed, independent minded, opinionated and don't take crap from anyone and own their own lives. In fact, the original bible for the show did mention a character like Sunset
