It's shit because they ignored the fact S1 Luna spoke properly and without shouting, and not like an old timer, even Nightmare Moon spoke normally. I'd add that you should try to avoid writing the act of insertion too much to begin with and try to describe everything else going on. You also get to avoid having to find a synonym for vagina altogether. We already know he's inside her so take advantage of that implicit knowledge and start writing how they're feeling, where their hands are going, and the atmosphere. Sometimes you break the pace to remind the reader by adding that he's savagely thrusting into her or something (notice the lack of genitalia words) and get back to that everything else bit.

You were probably taught a specific rule that was misapplied. "My sister and I" is fine when it's the subject of the sentence, not the object. "My sister and I went to Ponyville" is fine, for example, but not "The Mayor of Ponyville greeted my sister and I."

When in doubt, just remove the non-pronoun and see if it still works.
